An introduction to think off

Here comes the day, way back to my home for a vacation. Exactly 210 kms far away, from where I stand now. It’s just an exact measurement, on top my words just my fellow google says it. Packing my bag reminds to call my father back at home, inform about my timings, how long it takes? Seat no? Luggage? Water bottle? Some snacks? If at all, i fall hunger? typical South Indian parents. I hung up the call, book a cab to jubilee bus stop. It’s shows 30 minutes to reach my destination, but finally my Ola driver took just 25 minuets.Early 5mints of time made my face to glow like a latest eco friendly tube light. I remember my father concern towards me, which leads me to purchase a bottle of water and little snacks. I jumped into my seat, which I was reserved 10 days back then. Omg! to remind you guys, it’s a window seat. Typical South Indian son, like father like son. Window seat remind me about my childhood, while I was traveling with my family, how me and my sister use to fight. As a younger one in the family, I use to get the seat as always. Bus is above to start, seat beside me is still an empty seat. Suddenly a guys, 6 feet entered into bus. He got a huge smile on his face, people in bus were welcoming him with a bit of anger on faces already. He still smiles at everyone, took his seat. I almost fake a smile, he gently smiles at me. We had a hand shake, I still carry a fake smile. I gave my intro as if an interview, he with huge smile said about him. Bus on the main stream road, towards my hometown. Sampath took a step forward, as if I’m pretending like an introvert. A point to remember, he still carry huge smile on him. I realise smile on his face, add’s a real smile on me. Isn’t it crazy! As a co- passengers as normal as everyone we are having a normal conversation, random stuff. Suddenly at some point we became serious about our topics, he added a good experience of him. It’s goes like an NGO named “Art of living” founded by sri sri Ravishankar ji. From past 2 years, he was into “Art of living”. We shared nice bonding, each other. By his words I’m blank, they are such an inspiring. To be frank, he reminded me that what I’m actually going through. Finally after all of your conversation, he asked me to join a workshop. I said sure! Y not? I thought it’s the right place, to get back my own roots. How? I use to be, in those days? He share a link, through WhatsApp.I ended up filling a form, entitled “Art of living.” I still remember, the logo bright sun in the middle, either sides covered with two ducks. He had shared many, which made me to fallen in love of myself. With all the joy and happiness in me. I have ended up with a memorable journey, i find a friend with a huge smile on his face. Thank you! Dear Sampath ๐Ÿ™‚

” It’s just an introduction”

Just a reminder

Hello guys, and my dear fellow beings. Have a look at our beloved and beautiful country, it’s still developing country. Right from our childhood to till date. Many revolutions took place, right from mostly loved cricket to Livelihood. In every aspect, technology we can’t even imagine how drastic change happened. A clear and clean point to be remembered, I’m here. Just think about China, a neighbourhood country with nearly equal population ruling the world. Clinically a clear point to be noted that “China it runs it’s own show without influence of any technology giants of some other countries.” Just imagine life without google in China, it’s creepy right. But China started it’s own search engine, to help people.

With respect to our neighbourhood countries even countries like Japan, America, Australia, and many more to be noted. End goals are simple safety and security, even economical growth.

As an example, WhatsApp has launched payment gateway, even google. Big technical giants of world, it’s easy to steal the show for them. Imagine hardship of Indian online payments gateway’s.

Fool by mistake

Suddenly! A e-mail pop up on my iMac. I’m back from my work, which is far away from my home. With a clear face which indicates, how tired? Slowly took my position to get out of my favourite pair of shoes, with a gentle smile at my dear one’s. Inner mind says stop the fake smile dear, go and take your shower. I just remembered, I wasn’t took my shower for more than two working days of my life. Today! I have to take my bath at least for myself. I wonder how people take bath regularly, how careless about water. Crazy people! Finally I took my shower, omg I’m done for the day. On my regular shorts with a black t-shirt which I have bought on amazon looks good on me. With a great smile I took my handset up, checking out all the notifications. Laying on my bed, keeps me warm even on a winter nights. I have a forward message says,” Even worry should be big, because nothing small gives you joy”. Yeah! It just made my day. I replied to my friend, let me introduce my dear friend to you. How? Where? When? Me meet it’s just a little secret, but we meet. A crazy passionate entrepreneur, I never and ever understood why people are crazy, after having a friend, it’s just a normal thing to me. On a fine and wine day, with lots of conversation which makes my brain a absolute barbecue chicken. We had a plan to join swimming club, which charges around 1000 bucks per a month. With annual benefits of 2000 bucks, we took a annual plan. Which help us to save 4000 bucks a year. A e-mail which pop up on my iMac, say to submit an government ID, alone with two latest photos of mine.

” Dear it’s just a pool not a fool.”

Thirty %

Hey entrepreneur community, here to present my latest post “thirty %”. According to Indian populations, only 30% of people live in urban areas, rest 70% lives in rural part of the country. The worst part is all entrepreneur’s mostly trying to solve the problems in urban areas where the population is just 30%. Think about the 70%, where we can show the impact on the country run towards development. Come(entrepreneur’s) let’s together change the Live hood of people in rural part of our country. The best part is rural people are well aware of technology as JIO made a impact. Most of them are using smart phones in build Facebook in it where n number of businesses take place. People are aware of technology in rural part of our nation.

Urban areas are becoming city’s turn’s into smart city’s turn’s into metropolitan city’s. Everything comes in just a click, quite opposite to rural areas.

Entrepreneur’s not only Agri startup’s are into rural areas. Why not rural areas? you(entrepreneur’s) fetch a problem, come out with bigger solutions. We have got 70% of population, which can double the revenue. Rural people are waiting for you to accelerate the gear, run towards the development of our nation.

” Gear up, wake up, entrepreneur’s 70% of population waiting for your attention”.

Failure

Hey entrepreneur community, I’m back with a great bang on subject. Failure is the stepping stone, of success. Do take a step on it. It add value to you one or the other way. When failure come across you? Show your character to it. Might be chances to overcome it, nor get rid of it. Better to choose. How to get rid of it? Check as many as possible way, to overcome it.

Putting traditional business aside, we know what happens in traditional business( it’s not a eureka moment at all). I generally do not believe in the concept of competition in business. I can clearly explain you, why i don’t believe? Most of the people, do make mistake over here. Because we are not creative enough(as simple as this). For an example- as an entrepreneur you might have heard a book named “zero to one”(author by Mr. peter thiel). If not go and get it. It clearly explains, how to build a Business? Take Mr. Elon musk as an example. When your innovative enough, might face few problems, as you start-off no one ever dare to touch.Make a note my dear entrepreneur, be unique to be the part of long run. Believe in yourself that your going to be the next big thing. Don’t ever be an insecure entrepreneur.

“Try hard- work- read”. Be an entrepreneur, not a business person. We all believe in you(secretly) next big thing going to happen in India(by you). Entrepreneur’s we all trust you. Keep doing, make your passion out. Cheers ๐Ÿ‘

” Entrepreneur’s be a hot potato stuff, not a hot potato in pressure cooker”.

Three basic stuff!

Hey entrepreneur community, check this out. Entrepreneur’s have optimistic attitude, it’s better to have one. It’s hard to get success, I knew it. Success is never easy, either hard. As well as failure never a hard, either easy.

How failure comes to an entrepreneur? Due to lack of innovation, lack of sustainability, lack of scalability. Innovation, sustainability, and scalability. Above three places a major role in a business.

INNOVATION: I can clearly say that, the reciprocal of innovation is nothing but a Monopoly idea. When you thing of entrepreneurship tag, don’t ever choose entrepreneurship tag, just because of trendy. You should have an inbuilt passion towards it. Not all the business tycoons named as an entrepreneur(mark my words). Find a solution to a problem, that makes a difference to people lives. So, be innovative enough, before starting a startup. And the worst thing is innovation, occupies on 10%, on a scale of 1-100%.

Sustainability: how to build an sustainable business? When you find a solution, to your problem. Only solution is not enough, to built a business. After finding a solution, prepare a mission. How you can overcome? What are the preventive methods need to apply? Chase people to join you, get funding and better the idea. Initial money invested is small, but you can still develop very big ideas. Understand present market conditions, and adopt to it. Start defining your company core principles. Analysis quality of the product, up gradations of the product. Get feedback’s from the clients, review the feedback.

Scalability: in scalability vision, plays major role. Make short term, and long term goals. How to expand?, generally all the startup’s, fails, in scalability area. Proper analysis is required while expanding in the market. Place to place people mindset differs. Move according to the conditions, adopt technology. Set goals, and reach people. India’s market is huge, scalability is a time taking process. Be patience, trust yourself and your product.

Majority of startup’s fail, due to lack of knowledge on scalability. Trust my words, we have good number of examples in India. If your follow Indian startup’s few only expand into other countries, for an example my favourite one Paytm.

Entrepreneur’s “your time to shine, don’t wait in the line”.

Best thing happened to an entrepreneur in India

India is a country of both diversity and continuity. Let me take you to the roots of our country. Starting with our national anthem written by Mr. Rabindranath Tagore. It takes 52 seconds to sing, we all come together to sing our national anthem in our school days. It’s your pleasure and we are proud about it. Next best things happened was on 2nd October in the year of 1869,our beloved leader late Mr. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. The best quote which always stay with me “Attitude is everything”. It’s taught by father of our nation. By doing a movement named Non-violence movement.First and the best thing as an entrepreneur which we can learn from the Non-Violence movement was never ever give up. Check out how related an entrepreneur to our beloved nation? It’s crazy right!

Best of the both worlds” which we have inbuilt are ethics, social values, social relationships, polite, honest.

As an entrepreneur this qualities are highly enough to build an successful business. Which leads to solve problems of our fellow human beings. Coming to end up by saying you entrepreneur “As a protector of India’s fate.

Jaya he! Jaya he! Jaya he!

Jaya jaya jaya jaya he.

It means: “victory forever to you”.

An aspiration to become not to follow.

Hello aspiring entrepreneurs community, the first and best questions comes to mind. Why most of the Indian startup fails? Answer to this question is pretty easy. We Indians follow Silicon Valley(U.S.A), Japan, China and so on… to implement those ideas here in my respected country. E.g.: รผber turns into OLA, Amazon- flipkart, snap deal.

“Stop followers be a leader”

For most aspiring people towards entrepreneurship think out of box. Be unique at your work, stop copying ideas enough is enough we have got enough of e-commerce’s startup’s. Food delivery startup’s,Transport startup’s,Online payments startup’s, Furniture startup’s,Hotel rooms booking startup’s, bus tickets bookings, we have got very big Paytm, movie tickets startup’s, it’s goes on…. the two best things ever happened to our country are freedom and Paytm.

“Be a startup’s to solve problems, not to create money”.
